A £1000 Donation thanks to Chris Taylor and DHL

DHL Donate £1000.00!

After our write up in the Doncaster Free Press Chris Taylor (above), a former school friend of Martin, made contact with us to pass on his condolences and to inform us he would be recommending our Charity to his bosses at DHL. On December 23rd 2011 we received a Call from Gaynor Wood of DHL informing us that they would like to make a £1000 donation to The Eve Merton Dream’s Trust. Their annual Christmas Party, this year a themed Casino Night, had managed to raise just short of £1800 and £1000 of that money raised by their employees would be coming to the Trust.

We cannot thank Chris, DHL or their employee’s enough. As we explained to them, £1000 to a national charity is nice, to a charity like ours it is MASSIVE!! and will go a massive way to us trying to help the people of Doncaster that truly need it.
