When your own team gets to choose who you back, and they choose a children’s cancer cause, that tells you something about the people.
We’re proud to share that Doncaster Sheffield Airport has selected Eve’s Trust as one of its charity partners for the coming year.
Here’s what made it land for us. This wasn’t decided in a boardroom. The airport’s 50-plus staff voted for the causes they wanted to support, and they chose Eve’s Trust, alongside Mayflower Sanctuary.
Eve’s Trust is a community charity. We help Doncaster families through the hardest thing they will ever face, a cancer diagnosis, by funding Dreams that give them time and memories together. Since 2011, this region has raised almost £2 million to make those Dreams happen.
To be chosen by the airport at the very heart of our community is a genuine honour, and a platform to reach more families who need us.
The partnership kicks off with a charity golf day on Monday 17th August at Styrrup Hall Golf and Country Club.
Thank you to everyone at Doncaster Sheffield Airport for putting your name behind ours.
