One Call Insurance fantastic fundraising day

THE ONE CALL TEAM RAISE £4000… IN ONE DAY!!

The staff of One Call Insurance continued their fundraising efforts to support the Trust with a full day of activities.

Starting at the Lakeside, members of the One Call staff, during work time, braved the sunshine to run or walk laps of the lake. David Wardle, One Call Director, even managed to raise a fantastic personal total of £415!

Stand out performance belongs to Jake Morton however who had the day’s fastest lap, running 3k in just 10 minutes and 11 seconds.

The fundraising didn’t end there. From 4pm at the Keepmoat Stadium, One Call hosted a company vs. company 5-a-side football tournament which saw teams travelling from as far as Scotland and Southampton to take part. The event also saw a team of Doncaster Rovers representatives, including club Legend Tim Ryan. In fact it was the Rovers Select team that came out victorious in the end winning an exciting final vs. Ageas UK 5-4.
